Teresa has been part of Capital Family since the beginning, when she helped to create a new kind of Mortgage Company with Pat Dow in 1994. So successful was the Capital Family Mortgage concept and business in helping Montanans in financing their homeownership dreams, that Teresa decided to make an even bigger commitment in 2000 when she bought the company in full and continued the business and the trust of regional customers. Now in 2010 Teresa has taken another step in insuring the best for the company by partnering with Sam Hoshor in helping Capital Family Mortgage reach a new height in potential and growth. With Teresa’s commitment to her clients and the mortgage industry and her years of dedicated experience the possibilities are endless for her clients.
Prior to launching the CFM venture, Teresa worked as a stockbroker and earned a BS in Accounting at the University of Montana. Teresa is a Montana native and lives with her husband, twin sons and three beautiful daughters in the Missoula Valley. Her Family helps her to enjoy all that Montana has to offer. Teresa enjoys golfing, fishing, snowmobiling and travel.

Sam Hoshor's forte is customer service, and by that, we mean he goes far beyond the usual definitions, to exceed expectations and anticipate the individual needs of his clients before most would know there was something extra to be considered. So in fact, true to his nature, he is fantastic at what he does making the process look easy and be painless for his customer's. Exactly what we want for our customers, Easy! That's why in 2010 Sam decided to take the next step in his Capital Family journey and partner with Teresa Manlove to bring his love of the mortgage industry to new heights. Sam's consistent connection to Western Montana has proved that decision to be gratifying for himself and extremely beneficial for his clients.
Sam grew up in the lovely Mission Valley and now lives with his two children in the Frenchtown area. His favorite way's to spend his time outside of the office include hunting, fishing, camping and being in the wilderness with his horses.

Justine Haggart has been at Capital Family for two years now and has been in real estate prior to Capital Family for eight years. Her clients are very important to her and she prides herself in making sure every transaction is as smooth as possible. Justine walks her clients through the lending experience every step of the way. Justine grew up and currently lives in the Missoula Valley. She loves spending quality time with her two children and family and she is a huge sports enthusiast. Whether skiing or camping she takes pride in calling Montana her home.

Selena has been working as a member of Capital Family for over five years and is a cornerstone of this company. Since her begining at Capital Family she has worked in every facet of the business from administrative to marketing, from loan processing to becoming a licensed Loan Originator in 2010. Selena has been such an influential part of the company with her self-less and committed attitude to not only the office but most importantly her clients, she is an essential part of the team. She will go beyond the normal and behind the scenes to ensure everyones needs are met and your experience here is pleasant, always getting the job done on time and with ease.
Selena lives with her husband and four wonderful children in the Missoula Valley. Family means the world to Selena and she enjoys every minute she has with them. She also loves to read and spend time with her friends.

Sarah has been at Capital Family for over two years. Sarah prides herself in giving exceptional customer service to everyone she meets and loves being a part of the Capital Family team.
Sarah grew up in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley and lived there until she married her high school sweetheart in 2004 when she moved into the Missoula area. Sarah has a passion for cooking, hunting, fishing and most of all loves being with her family and friends.
