Teresa Manlove

Teresa
has been part of Capital Family Mortgage since the beginning, when
she helped to create a new kind of mortgage company with Pat Dow in
1994. So successful was the Capital Family Mortgage concept and
business in helping Montanans in financing their homeownership
dreams, that Teresa decided to make an even bigger commitment in
2000: she bought the company in full and continued building the
business and the trust of regional customers. |

Prior to
launching the CFM venture, she worked as a stockbroker for IDS
Financial Services, and earned a BS in Accounting from the
University of Montana. Teresa has twin sons and a younger daughter
who help her enjoy Montana's recreational opportunities. She enjoys
golfing, fishing, snowmobiling and travel.

Vicky Meagher

As part of Capital Family's first staff
expansion, Vicky Meagher brought 13 years' worth of Missoula-area
real estate experience and a lifetime of appreciation of living in
Montana. Since her start with CFMC in 1996, Vicky has kept clients
comfortable and reassured with her friendly, easygoing style plus a
willingness to go the extra mile in tailoring the loan process to
fit their needs. She listens intently, and with her background,
she's able to genuinely protect her clients' interests and spot the

Vicky's favorite leisure activities
center around anything to do with her family. She has two grown sons
and six grandchildren with whom she enjoys fishing, camping, hunting

Astrid Oliver

Astrid is our renaissance woman. Her
background is full of language, travel, culture and a universal
understanding of what makes people tick: she grew up in an
always-up-for-change military family, participated in many school
and cultural exchanges both as a child and in adulthood, and has
degrees in English, German and Psychotherapy. Her think-on-your-feet
problem-solving approach served her well throughout her career,
which includes teaching and counseling experience, plus 11 years of
lending experience. Every one of those skills makes her a unique and
extremely valuable member of our team. |
Clients attest to the ways she listens and
then adapts quickly to find the best loan possible based on their
individual needs and abilities, she even helps them to correct their
credit when necessary. Astrid especially likes working with
first-time homebuyers and those with credit issues, and is amazingly
sharp with government loans and no-income verifications.
She and her husband Steve have four grown sons and one grandchild.
She loves hiking, gardening, travel, reading and the rural life she
shares with her dogs, cat and chickens.

Kevin Henry

Kevin Henry understands the value of

a safe, easygoing style -- in fact, those very values are what
brought him back to Western Montana after 12 years away from his
home state. A native Montanan who served as a U.S. Marine and later
worked in auto financing, Kevin safeguarded the dream of returning
to the Missoula area for the day he would settle here with his wife
Tammy and their three children. |

business technology. Sam's consistent connection to Western Montana

Sam grew up in the lovely Mission Valley and now lives with his
wife, son and daughter in the Frenchtown area. His favorite off-duty
pursuits include hunting, fishing, camping and horses.

Renee Ruprecht

Renee Ruprecht joins us with a background in retail and lots of
experience in customer service. She has a nice, warm way of meeting customers, and is
always happy to help others achieve their dreams in Western Montana.
Renee grew up in Minnesota and attended the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. She's an outdoor enthusiast with a lifetime of
handling mid-western winters, so her move to Missoula in 2000 was as
natural as her easy-going business style. Renee has embraced Western
Montana and all the outdoor activities this area offers, spending
much of her free time exploring and enjoying the mountains with her
husband Jamie and two dogs. She has hiked and backpacked all over
the Bitterroot Mountains and explored other nearby wilderness areas.
Renee's also an avid skier, and enjoys traveling throughout the
West.

Melena Randall

Melena comes to Capital Family Mortgage
with more than thirteen years of experience in lending, including
ten years in banking, serving customers in Ravalli and Missoula
Counties. She graduated from the University of Montana with a
degree in Sociology in 1994. Her specialties include real
estate lending and residential and commercial construction loans.
Her interests include fishing and
fly-tying, hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing and cross-country
skiing. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and
two very-spoiled Golden retrievers.
